Appointment Scheduling and Cancelations :

All appointments are subject to availability.  If you need to modify or cancel an existing appointment, please contact our office directly at 720-432-3737 or amanda@f7lifestyles.com.  All training and coaching appointments are 55 minutes.  Please note: your scheduled appointment time is very important to us and has been reserved specifically for you to help you on your journey to better health.  We understand that schedules can change, however, we do require a 24 hour courtesy notice for any appointment cancellation. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will be considered a “late cancel” and will result in a full session charge.

Payment/Refund

F7 accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and checks payable to F7 Lifestyles. **Please note: All payments are non-refundable and all service purchases have an expiration date (depending on service type). A valid credit card is required on file to book or confirm any appointment.
