Ben is deeply passionate about coaching individuals, leaders, teams and organizations to experience elevated levels of human performance and fulfillment. Ben specializes in highly customized programs that inspire clients to set meaningful goals, take courageous action, and experience transformational growth and discovery by aligning with their core values and commitments. His work with teams and organizations focuses on mission-driven workplace culture, health and wellness challenges, mindfulness classes, workshops, and developing collaborative teams.
Ben understands that growth is a whole body experience. As an educator and coach, he utilizes an extensive background that he has acquired over the past 23 years while focusing on leadership embodiment that integrates executive presence, mindfulness, kinesiology, posture, healthy lifestyle habits and athletic human performance and movement.

She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Journalism/Public Relations from Colorado State University and has spent most of her career in business marketing and corporate sales. Growing up in Colorado, she has always had a passion for outdoor activities and enjoys yoga, hiking, snowshoeing, running and anything outdoors taking in the beautiful Colorado scenery. Taylor feels very lucky to have been a yoga teacher and student for almost six years. She also has experience in and enjoys teaching bootcamp and HIIT style classes.
Taylor has discovered a passion for incorporating mindful movement and fitness into her life, as well as providing it for others. She received her 200- hour power vinyasa teaching certificate from Corepower yoga in 2016. She then extended her education and received an additional 50 hours of extensions training and training with yin yoga workshops.
Taylor has worked with all levels of yoga students through various experiences and through providing versatile modifications for students, she wants everyone to know they can be a yogi too!

Inspired to gain more knowledge, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Denver, Colorado in 2020. Her devoted curiosity has led her to teach Vinyasa yoga, Aerial yoga/Restorative Aerial yoga, Barre, Yoga with Weights

In her classes, she likes to combine creative sequencing, intention and an attitude of self-discovery. Music and dancing are some of her favorite things, so she loves to create playlists to set the tone and have fun! She believes that yoga is not a "one size fits all" practice, and she finds inspiration in seeing people discover their own personal yoga journey.
Her passion for holistic health, meditation, and self-awareness continues to grow. She will always be a student of the practice, and is deeply grateful to share her experience in the hopes of inspiring others to live each moment more mindfully - on and off the mat.
