Appointment scheduling/cancellation policies

All appointments are subject to availability.  If you need to modify or cancel an existing appointment, please contact our office directly at 720-432-3737 or amanda@f7lifestyles.com.  All training appointments are 55 minutes; 60 and 90 minute massage appointments may include 3-5 minutes before and after session for dressing and/or set-up time.   Please note: your scheduled appointment time is very important to us and has been reserved specifically for you. We understand that schedules can change, however, we do require a 24 hour courtesy notice for any appointment cancellation. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will be considered a “late cancel” and will result in a full session charge.

Payment/refund policies

F7 accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and checks payable to F7 Lifestyles. **Please note: All payments are non-refundable and all service purchases have an expiration date (depending on service type). A valid credit card is required on file to book or confirm any appointment.
